HotelREZ Expands Platform, Enhancing Luxury Offerings
HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts has reported an impressive growth in its independent hotel platform, showing an 18.6% revenue increase over the past year.
HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts has announced significant growth in its global independent-first hotel platform, with revenue increasing by 18.6% over the past year. The company, which supports over 2,500 independent hotels worldwide, has strengthened its position as a leading privately held hotel group by key count. Approximately 56% of its portfolio, equating to 1,400 hotels, is fully integrated into its core service suite.
The company’s financial success is attributed to robust global travel demand, particularly in the upscale sector, and enhanced engagement across its distribution and technology services. Global revenue per available room (RevPAR) improved by 9.8%, bolstered by gains in average daily rate (ADR) and occupancy.
HotelREZ’s brand architecture includes the Elegant Hotel Collection, which is a luxury segment appealing to high-net-worth individuals. This collection comprises 350 hotels that meet specific commercial criteria, offering enhanced distribution and global demand access.
The company is also expanding its commercial pipeline, with new opportunities across multiple regions. This growth is supported by strategic leadership appointments in key areas such as Strategic Deals & Growth and Global Brand Marketing.
Mark Lewis, CEO of HotelREZ, stated, “Supporting more than 2,500 hotels globally, we have built a scaled, independent-first platform focused on measurable performance, quality, service excellence and disciplined growth.”
Looking ahead, HotelREZ aims to continue its profitable growth through high-retention partnerships, scalable SaaS efficiencies, and targeted regional expansion.
