The Great Room by Industrious is set to open its 10th location in Singapore at Keppel South Central, a recently finished Grade A development in Tanjong Pagar. This new venue is slated to commence operations in June 2026 and signifies the brand’s ongoing expansion in the area, following recent announcements of future locations at Shaw Tower and Stamford Place.
Keppel South Central is a modern 33-storey commercial building that emphasizes sustainability and smart technology. It was awarded the BCA Project of the Year (Commercial) in 2025. The Great Room’s new space will occupy Level 10 and will feature dedicated offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas like the Drawing Room and Coffee Bar, all tailored to enhance productivity and foster connections among users.
Albert Foo, Managing Director of Property Development and Operations at Keppel, commented: “Keppel South Central exemplifies our vision for the future of workspaces – where sustainability, technology, and human-centric design converge to create high-performance environments.”
This new site is particularly notable as the first of The Great Room’s establishments to receive the Green Mark Healthier Workplace certification, underscoring the brand’s commitment to employee wellness and overall comfort. Su Anne Mi, CEO and Co-founder of The Great Room, stated: “With each new opening, we consider how people really work and what enables them to navigate their day with comfort and efficiency.”
The Great Room continues to extend its footprint across the Asia Pacific, with established locations in Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Sydney, reinforcing its position as a leader in hospitality-driven coworking spaces.
