Emirates is set to host recruitment roadshows in Singapore aimed at attracting skilled aircraft technicians and engineers for its operations in Dubai.

Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is set to conduct a series of recruitment roadshows in Singapore throughout March and April. The initiative aims to attract aircraft technicians and licensed aircraft engineers to join its engineering hub in Dubai. This recruitment drive is part of Emirates Group’s plan to onboard 17,300 professionals across 350 roles this financial year, reinforcing its commitment to a future-ready engineering workforce.

The roadshows will take place on 3, 4, 15, 16, and 31 March, and 1 April, targeting both experienced and aspiring aircraft engineers. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with Emirates recruiters and engineering leaders, gaining insights into career opportunities, growth pathways, and life in Dubai. Rashed Alfajeer, Emirates’ Country Manager for Singapore and Brunei, highlighted Singapore’s strategic importance, stating, “Exceptional engineering talent is at the core of our growing operations worldwide, and Singapore continues to stand out as home to some of the industry’s finest aviation professionals.”

Emirates offers a competitive tax-free salary, profit-sharing eligibility, and various benefits, including medical insurance and discounted flight tickets. The airline’s new engineering facility at Dubai World Central, expected to be completed by 2027, will further enhance its capabilities, providing a state-of-the-art environment for its engineers.

This recruitment effort underscores Emirates’ strategy to expand its technical operations and elevate maintenance standards, tapping into Singapore’s skilled engineering talent pool.
