BLS International has launched an AI-driven VoiceBot to assist visa applicants for the Spain–Ireland initiative, providing 24/7 support. Following a successful rollout in Canada, this service aims to reduce wait times and minimize dependency on conventional queue systems by enabling real-time, realistic interactions in over 15 languages.
The VoiceBot addresses various visa-related inquiries, from simple FAQs to comprehensive guidance on documentation and consular services. It accommodates languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring smooth communication with customers in Europe, the US, Canada, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, the RCIS region, and India.
Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director at BLS International, stated, “We are delighted to introduce our AI VoiceBot service intended to enhance customer experience and set new benchmarks for operational excellence.” The VoiceBot utilizes the Azure ML Python SDK v2 platform and connects with existing systems through multiple API integrations, leveraging real-time sentiment analysis and emotional intelligence.
