
Scenic Group has unveiled Scenic & Emerald Rewards, a new global loyalty program merging its Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER under a single platform for returning guests. The program aims to reward loyal travelers across the group’s luxurious yachts, river cruises, and escorted land journeys, accessible on all continents and in over 100 countries.
One loyalty account across Scenic and Emerald
The new loyalty structure combines existing points from both programs into a unified account, making it simpler for members to earn and redeem benefits on bookings. Membership is free for guests returning for their first journey with Scenic or Emerald, allowing repeat travelers to enjoy rewards immediately.

Four distinct tiers: Gold, Diamond, Emerald, Chairman’s Club
The program features a four-tier system of Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Chairman’s Club that simplifies recognition while offering enhanced benefits at each level. Existing members were seamlessly transitioned into the new framework, so no action is required to maintain tier benefits.
MyRewards: Real savings for future journeys
A notable aspect of the program is MyRewards, giving members 1% back on the booking value toward future cruises or land trips. Credits are applied post-travel, allowing guests to see their loyalty translate into discounts on their next booking.
