Visit Qatar has partnered with the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) and the Qatar Triathlon Federation to announce the opening of registrations for the 2026 Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final, taking place from December 11–12, 2026. The inaugural event in 2025 saw thousands of participants and a global audience.

Competitors can participate in the 100km race, consisting of a 2km swim, 80km cycle, and 18km run, or the Sprint Distance triathlon, which includes a 750m swim, 20km cycle, and 5km run. Registration for the Sprint Distance race is available online.

Top 10 finishers from 2025 will be invited to the 2026 T100 Age Group World Championship Finals. Returning competitor Alya Al Hamad, who performed notably last year, shared her excitement: “Being involved in the first Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final was so inspiring.”

The Qatar T100 aims to highlight the country’s ability to host international sporting events while offering a unique experience for all athletes. Further details, including course maps, will be released later this year.

Qatar continues to build on its reputation as a premier destination for global sporting events.
