Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) is set to introduce a seasonal service to Phuket, Thailand, from March 29 to April 13, 2026, to accommodate the increasing travel demand during the Easter holiday. The airline will operate 12 roundtrip flights between Hong Kong and Phuket International Airport, providing opportunities for travelers to experience the “Pearl of the Andaman.”

Phuket

Phuket, Thailand’s largest island, is famous for its beautiful beaches and lively tourist spots such as Patong Beach, Kata Beach, and the historic Old Town. Tourists can enjoy vibrant night markets alongside relaxing resorts, ensuring varied experiences.

GBA’s flight schedule includes departures from Hong Kong at 19:30, arriving in Phuket at 22:10, with return flights departing at 23:10, landing back in Hong Kong at 04:00 the next day. Flights will be available on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Travelers can book their tickets via GBA’s official website, mobile app, or through travel agents. Having commenced operations in July 2022, GBA is a value carrier based in Hong Kong, utilizing a fleet of Boeing 737-800 and 737-9 aircraft.

This new seasonal service emphasizes GBA’s commitment to expanding its network and providing more options during peak holiday times.
