Emirates Enhances Chauffeur-Drive Service at Two Airports in Japan

Emirates has expanded its Chauffeur-Drive service to Narita and Kansai International Airports, providing customers with premium transport options.

Emirates has announced the expansion of its premium Chauffeur-Drive service in Japan, now available at Narita International Airport starting February 1 and Kansai International Airport from March 1.

These additions complement the existing service at Haneda Airport, making Emirates the only international airline to provide such a premium chauffeur-driven experience in Japan.

Available for First Class and Business Class passengers on eligible flights, the service ensures a seamless door-to-door journey with complimentary transfers between the airport and designated locations such as homes, hotels, or offices.

Key Details of the Service:

  • Coverage includes up to 100 kilometers per trip based on the shortest route to the pickup or drop-off point.
  • Service to Narita includes areas across Tokyo and parts of Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa prefectures.
  • Kansai service covers Osaka City and surrounding areas in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Hyogo prefectures.
  • Additional kilometers are charged at JPY 500 per kilometer, payable directly to the driver.

Customers can reserve this service through the Emirates website’s Manage Your Booking feature or via their contact center at 03-6743-4567.

The Chauffeur-Drive expansion is part of Emirates’ broader strategy to enhance its presence and service quality in Japan, reinforcing its commitment to maintaining high standards both in the air and on the ground.
