The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) is set to host its renowned EDGE education programme in Auckland from 16-19 March 2026. This immersive training will occur at the newly opened New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), inviting Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs) and business events professionals globally.

IAPCO EDGE Auckland aims to elevate professional standards, strategic thinking, and the skills necessary for success in today’s complex global meetings environment. Stephen Noble, Chair of the IAPCO Training Academy, emphasized the programme’s importance, stating, “EDGE gives PCOs and business events professionals the opportunity to take their education to the next level – challenging thinking, sharing knowledge and strengthening the capabilities that underpin quality, confidence and excellence in conference delivery.”

Marking its 10th anniversary, the EDGE programme returns to Auckland, where it first launched a decade ago. It will be one of the initial major programs at the NZICC, showcasing New Zealand’s potential as a hub for global professional education.
