Incredible Journeys Achieves Record Breaking Day for Bookings
Incredible Journeys has reported their highest number of bookings and calls on record as of January 13th, surpassing previous performance metrics.

Dnata Travel Group UK’s adventure and touring brand, Incredible Journeys, has announced that January 13th marked their best day ever for calls and bookings. The figures showed a 37% increase in calls over the same day last year and a 30% improvement over their previous record set in 2024. The brand maintained a strong answer rate despite the uptick in calls.
Simon Owen, Trading Director, remarked: “Even though yesterday was our best trading day on record, we have seen encouraging trends in the days leading up to it. The 11th of January was particularly strong for us, and we are thrilled to see this momentum persist throughout the week.”
Translation: “Although yesterday was our best trading day ever, we have seen promising numbers over the last few days.”
Owen added, “Our sales center team are taking an incredible amount of calls with a strong conversion rate – their preparation throughout 2024 is paying dividends now.”
Incredible Journeys also launched a new marketing campaign and guide titled Little Book of Incredible Journeys on January 3rd, which features stunning touring and adventure holiday options for agents, with itineraries to popular destinations like Sri Lanka, Japan, and Kenya.
The growth figures for last week indicated 25% growth for Sri Lanka, 80% for Japan, and 75% for Kenya when compared to the previous year’s performance.
