Hotel101 Global Signs Contracts to Establish Hotel101 in Melbourne

Hotel101 Global has formalized agreements for the construction of a new hotel in Melbourne, Australia, set to enhance the local hospitality landscape.

Philippine hotel management company Hotel101 Global has recently finalized multiple agreements for the development of the 766-room Hotel101 Melbourne in Australia. These agreements were established on January 20.

Located at 540 Flinders Street, the hotel will be situated in the bustling heart of Melbourne’s central business district. This strategic location emphasizes DoubleDragon’s commitment to positioning its projects in prime areas, both within the Philippines and internationally.

Hotel101 Melbourne is expected to provide 4-star accommodations at competitive pricing, catering to both business events and other functions.

Prepared for the MICE Market

In line with the offerings at other Hotel101 locations globally, guests can look forward to modern rooms, 24/7 reception, all-day dining, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a business center, and ample facilities for meetings, including a dedicated conference center.

When it opens by 2029, Hotel101 Melbourne aims to become the largest hotel in the city, accommodating a growing number of business and leisure travelers. It’s projected that the hotel could generate around AU$323.6 million in sales revenues.
