
NordicMarketing to Host NORDEUROPA Event
NordicMarketing is gearing up for the sixth edition of NORDEUROPA, a virtual sales event designed for the tourism sector in Northern Europe, scheduled for January 28-29, 2026. This event will facilitate direct connections between tour operators from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the Benelux countries and tourism suppliers from Nordic and Baltic nations through the Converve platform.
This online format promotes environmental sustainability and cost-effectiveness by allowing up to 38 pre-scheduled meetings without travel. The event structure includes breaks and set intervals for coffee and lunch to enhance productivity during the two-day session, which is free for tour operators, enabling them to participate from anywhere, including their homes or offices.
Feedback from previous events has been positive. Christel Vidø from Bellagroup A/S appreciated the quality of potential clients, and Lukas Sommer of Intothewild Huskytours praised the platform for its effectiveness in connecting travel experts. Kathrin Schiemann from Viking Line remarked that her expectations were exceeded.
In 2025, NORDEUROPA attracted over 250 participants, generating more than 1,800 meetings, symbolizing its reputable standing in the industry. Jan Badur, Managing Director of NordicMarketing, emphasized the event’s efficiency for connecting Northern Europe’s tourism suppliers with the European travel trade: “The format saves time and resources while still allowing for personal exchange – it’s likely here to stay.”
