easyJet Holidays Upgrades Trade Portal for Travel Agents

The new 'Manage Holiday' feature empowers travel agents to modify bookings directly through the platform.

easyJet Holidays Enhances Trade Portal

The new ‘Manage Holiday’ function for travel agent partners allows for direct amendments of customer bookings via the trade portal, giving agents greater flexibility over holiday arrangements.

The package holiday provider collaborates with over 7,000 travel agents and now allows partners to modify various aspects of bookings, including:

Changing holiday dates and flight times.

  • Making name changes.
  • Adjusting transfers and seating arrangements.

Notably, agents can make changes like transfers and name adjustments for free, while other modifications will have a reduced fee of £25 per person when processed online, compared to £40 through the Trade Support Team.

Natasha Marson, Head of Trade Distribution at easyJet holidays, expressed her excitement about the feature:

“We’re thrilled to be transforming experiences for our brilliant travel agent partners by introducing our new ‘Manage Holiday’ function on the easyJet holidays trade portal, providing even more flexibility and control when it comes to amending customer bookings.”

This update is part of easyJet holidays’ ongoing service enhancement aimed at supporting travel agents to ensure they provide exceptional customer service. The company successfully handled 2.5 million holiday customers in 2024, maintaining a focus on value and flexibility.
