Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced the establishment of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City in Dubai, a transformative project valued at AED 30 billion. This marks their second collaborative branded residential endeavor, with Binghatti City representing the developer’s inaugural master-planned community, set to officially launch on 14 January 2026.
Spanning 10 million square feet in the Meydan area, the project will be composed of multiple towers that integrate Mercedes-Benz residential buildings within a coherent urban environment. The aim is to provide residents with a comprehensive lifestyle that includes luxury homes, cultural and leisure complexes, retail areas, parks, mobility centers, and wellness facilities.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti noted that the alliance with Mercedes-Benz signifies a mutual commitment to innovation and excellence.
“Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is envisioned as a world-class urban experience, a place where luxury and innovation converge to create a complete city within a city,” Binghatti stated.
The signing event occurred at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, with Mathias Geisen emphasizing the project’s goal of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
“With our next branded real estate project ‘Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City’ in Dubai, we are taking this promise to a new level,” Geisen remarked.
The venture is guided by Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy, focused on creating tranquil retreats within the urban space. This partnership not only strengthens international collaboration but also sets a new standard for luxury living through innovative architecture and urban planning.
