Jim Thompson and Thai Airways Unveil New In-Flight Collection

A collaborative launch of an exclusive in-flight collection by Jim Thompson and Thai Airways set for January 2026, including luxury amenity kits and comfort wear.

Jim Thompson in partnership with Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) plans to introduce their latest in-flight collection in January 2026, marking their third year of collaboration. This collection will feature 14 exclusive prints for amenity bags and, notably, comfort wear sets for Royal Silk Class passengers aimed at enhancing in-flight comfort.

The partnership began in 2023 focusing on premium amenity kits and has now evolved to cater to modern traveler preferences, offering a cultural experience. The collection showcases Jim Thompson’s esteemed fabrics and designs that reflect Thailand’s rich heritage. Key prints include “House on the Klong,” “Orchids Bunch,” and “Elephant Legacy,” each representing aspects of Thai culture.

Kittiphong Sansomboon, Chief Commercial Officer of THAI, highlighted the airline’s dedication to sustainability and Thai identity:

The new collection supports both companies’ commitments to sustainable practices, utilizing eco-friendly fabrics and biodegradable materials. The exclusive amenity kits and comfort wear will be available only to Royal Silk Class passengers on international routes, crafting a unique and culturally immersive travel experience.
