Digital travel platform Agoda has revealed that the Udon Thani to Bangkok route is the most budget-friendly domestic flight in Asia during the upcoming holiday season. Based on bookings from September 1 to November 19, 2025, for flights between December 20 and 31, fares for this route start at only 190 THB.

Thailand is becoming a prime spot for budget-conscious domestic travelers, providing an affordable means to enjoy the city’s lively holiday celebrations, including the Amazing Thailand Countdown 2026 at IconSiam. Other economical domestic routes are Jeju to Seoul in South Korea and Bario to Miri in Malaysia, with starting fares of 285 THB.

For international flights, Malaysia and Indonesia offer the best prices, including Johor Bahru to Phuket and Pontianak to Kuching, both beginning at 795 THB. Thailand also has options, with flights from Krabi to Kuala Lumpur priced at 895 THB. Additional cost-effective international routes span South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, and India.
