Vietnam Announces Visa Exemption for Polish, Swiss, and Czech Nationals

Vietnam will lift visa requirements for travelers from Poland, Switzerland, and Czechia starting March 2025.

The Vietnamese government has announced that citizens of Poland, Switzerland, and Czechia can visit Vietnam without needing a visa. This new policy takes effect on March 1, 2025, and will last until December 31, 2025.

Travelers from these countries can stay in Vietnam for up to 45 days for tourism purposes. This initiative is part of Vietnam’s efforts to boost its tourism sector.

In addition to the aforementioned countries, Vietnam already allows visa-free entry for citizens from eight other EU nations and three additional countries on the European continent, including Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, and Sweden for stays up to 45 days.

Travelers from the UK, Russia, and Belarus also benefit from similar visa-free arrangements.
