
Austrian Airlines Unveils New Dubai Service
Austrian Airlines has introduced a new service to Dubai, marking a significant return after a decade of hiatus. The “Dubai Deal” offers five flights weekly from now until the end of March 2026, utilizing their A320neo fleet with competitive pricing.

The launch celebration took place at Vienna Airport with various giveaways, including specially made ‘suitcases’ featuring Austrian specialties. The first flight, OS89, received a ceremonial send-off from Julian Jäger, CEO of Vienna Airport, and Annette Mann, CEO of Austrian Airlines, after cutting the ribbon at Gate G17.

Flight Schedule and Pricing
- Departure: OS89 leaves Vienna at 6:50 PM (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays), arriving in Dubai at 3:25 AM local time.
- Return: OS90 sees the aircraft depart Dubai at 6:05 AM, landing back in Vienna at 9:25 AM.
Pricing Tiers:
- Economy Light: starts at EUR 314 (includes 8 kg of hand luggage).
- Economy Classic: starts at EUR 374 (includes 23 kg of checked baggage).
- European Business Class: from EUR 699 (with enhanced catering and additional baggage allowances).
