By being a part of AirAsia’s Value Pack, Premium Flex, or AirAsia Plus, insured travelers can automatically access over 1,600 airport lounges worldwide when their flight is delayed by two hours or more. Upon such a delay, they receive a digital lounge voucher via SMS or email, redeemable at any participating lounge globally, which remains valid for 30 days if not used on the same day.

Coupling real-time flight monitoring with automated services, the Delay Lounge Pass eliminates the need for manual claims, ensuring lounge access is granted instantly without the hassle of forms or approvals.

This initiative not only enhances customer satisfaction by providing comfort and convenience during disruptions but also strengthens the airline-insurer relationship by promoting insured AirAsia tickets.
