The recent Hotel Art Fair in Hong Kong showcased a stunning array of art from various countries, including a focus on Jean-Michel Basquiat.

The 2025 edition of Hong Kong’s Hotel Art Fair concluded successfully on November 23rd, celebrating art, culture, and imagination while maintaining its title as Asia’s leading boutique art experience.

The Fair, held at the Conrad Hong Kong, from November 21 to 23, turned hotel rooms into intimate art spaces. Guests enjoyed unique art experiences from 12 countries and regions, meeting and engaging with the artists directly.

Founders Garth Grierson and Terry Ma stated: “Hotel Artz Fair is built upon the success of its inaugural edition in 2024, and it has again proven its role as a premier art fair in Asia.”

This year’s focus was on Basquiat: Two Years, Four Moments, which highlighted several rare pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat (1960-1988) in collaboration with private collectors.

Yuri Han, managing director of LG Electronics Hong Kong, added, “This partnership showcases how technology can enhance art, by integrating it seamlessly into daily life.”

Tanya Baxter, a leading British art adviser, emphasized the potential of such intimate venues for art viewing and acquisition, applauding the event’s organization and engagement.

Overall, the Fair facilitated robust connections between art enthusiasts, collectors, and creators, affirming its significance in nurturing a vibrant art community.
