Etihad Guest Enhances Passenger Experience

Etihad Guest, the loyalty program of Etihad Airways, introduces a new update that allows members to book any seat using miles with varying degrees of flexibility. The previous ‘GuestSeat’ product has now been rebranded to ‘Saver Award,’ enabling members to access lower redemption rates.

Saver Award seats highlight the exclusive value our members deserve, with more ways to tailor their travel to their needs and flexibility across every seat.”

This revamp facilitates access to over 26 partner airlines and includes the opportunity for fully refundable award tickets, catering to the growing desires of travelers for adaptability.

Furthermore, members will earn Tier Miles when making redemption bookings for Premium Comfort and Business Deluxe fare classes. This approach accelerates the progression through the Etihad tiers, enhancing overall member benefits.
