Hotel GMV reached RMB 30.6 billion, a 17.5% increase year-on-year, while total revenue grew by 8.1% to RMB 7.0 billion.
Chinese hospitality group H World Group Limited has delivered impressive results for the third quarter of 2025, showing continuing growth through its asset-light strategy, loyalty programs, and digital innovations.

- Hotel gross merchandise value (GMV) was RMB 30.6 billion, rising 17.5% from the previous year.
- Total revenue increased to RMB 7.0 billion, an 8.1% growth compared to last year.
- Revenue from managed and franchised hotels climbed 27.2% to RMB 3.3 billion, reflecting the firm’s successful asset-light model.
- Adjusted EBITDA rose to RMB 2.5 billion from RMB 2.1 billion in the same period last year.
According to H World Group CEO Jin Hui: “In the third quarter, our asset-light strategy and robust network expansion drove revenue exceeding our guidance, supporting healthy operating profit growth. With over 2,000 hotels opened this year, we are on course to meet our 2,300 openings target for 2025.”
Ongoing Expansion
- H Rewards, the Group’s loyalty program, has surpassed 300 million members, placing it among the largest hotel loyalty ecosystems worldwide.
- Members booked 66 million room nights in Q3, reflecting a 19.7% year-on-year increase, underscoring enhanced engagement with the Group’s brands and digital services.
- The company continues to enhance its multi-brand strategy, achieving good performance across various market segments.
Flagship brands such as Hanting and JI Hotel continue to drive growth domestically and internationally. As of September 30th, H World operates 12,702 hotels with a total of 1,246,240 rooms globally. The Group also opened 749 hotels during Q3, expanding its reach across 89 new cities in China.
H World remains optimistic about its long-term growth outlook in China and internationally, underpinned by strong franchise demand, scalable digital infrastructure, and a robust membership ecosystem.
