Oman Air Cargo Expands Operations

Oman Air Cargo has announced the appointment of five new General Sales Agents (GSAs), introducing two new offline routes that will connect to Australia and Japan. The routes will be served by GSA Australia Cargo and World Prime Services.

Additionally, three GSAs — Al Madinah Travel Company, MGH Logistics, and APG — will handle online routes to Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Michael Duggan, the Head of Cargo at Oman Air, stated, “The expansion of our GSA network, including the launch of new offline routes to Australia and Japan, reflects the strong momentum behind Oman Air Cargo.”

He added, “These new partnerships enable us to serve our customers more effectively, extend our global reach, and build on the transformation of the airline.”

In conjunction with these new contracts, which are set to last for two years, Oman Air Cargo will also renew several existing GSA contracts for one year. To celebrate this milestone, the airline hosted 27 representatives from its GSA network during an event in Muscat, Oman.
