The lead development partners of Wynn Al Marjan Island, currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, have kicked off a new project, Janu Al Marjan Island. The Aman Group, recognized for its extraordinary hotels and resorts, will manage this development, set to open late in 2028.

Features of the Resort

The hotel will offer 132 rooms showcasing stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. True to the Janu ethos, it will include a wellness center featuring a yoga studio, gym, banya, and hammam. Guests can enjoy a Mixology Bar, two restaurants, a lively nightlife spot, and a Kids’ Club. The resort’s private beach will allow seamless access to the water along with a Beach Club and pool.

Additional Developments

Next to the hotel, a residential tower will provide a limited selection of Janu Residences, ranging from one- to five-bedroom units, plus exclusive standalone villas.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become the first integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates, opening in 2027. It will feature 1,530 rooms, 22 eateries, a theater, and a beach club near the Arabian Gulf. This large-scale resort will have an extensive pool area, a five-star spa, and a marina capable of accommodating luxury yachts.
