Stay22 Expands Leadership Team with Tech and Finance Executive Appointments
The Montreal-based affiliate commerce platform Stay22 has announced the hiring of key tech and finance leaders as it prepares for its next growth phase.
Montréal-based affiliate commerce platform Stay22 announced the hiring of a new chief technology officer and a chief financial officer. The platform named Fabien Loupy and Louis-Charles Genest to the posts of CTO and CFO respectively; both will be based at the main office in Montréal. These appointments signify a pivotal phase for Stay22 as it approaches its tenth anniversary and exceeds US$1 billion in annual transactions.
After successfully leading technology at Stay22, Hamad Al-Khabbaz takes on the title of chief innovation officer in a newly created role to support the company’s further development. Company co-founder and CEO Andrew Lockhead remarked: “This marks a turning point for Stay22. As we scale beyond travel, Louis-Charles and Fabien bring the operational excellence and technical depth needed to sustain our next wave of growth. Their experience will help us double down on innovation while keeping the culture that got us here.”

Chief Technology Officer Fabien Loupy brings extensive experience from his role as vice president of technology at a global e-commerce platform, overseeing substantial growth. He expressed his enthusiasm, stating: “I am impressed by Stay22’s resilience and the impact its products have created for content creators since its founding nine years ago. Among my goals as the new CTO will be to help the company reach its targets more efficiently as we expand our affiliate program into new verticals.”
Chief Financial Officer Louis-Charles Genest has a strong background in scaling finance and administrative operations while driving transformational activities. He stated: “As Stay22’s new CFO, I will support the company’s growth and further professionalize its finance and administrative functions.”
