Jetstar Japan Reintroduces Manila-Osaka Flight Route

In light of the increasing demand for travel, Jetstar Japan has relaunched its flight service between Manila and Osaka (Kansai) on October 27, marking the first time this route has been available in six years.

The inaugural flight, GK81, left Kansai International Airport at 22:08, fulfilling a travel gap as it made its way to Manila. Presently, Jetstar Japan holds the distinction of being the only Japanese airline offering direct flights from Kansai to Manila.

Enhanced Travel Opportunities

This new route not only expands travel options for Jetstar’s customers but also aims to enhance overall travel convenience. The resumption will allow Jetstar Japan to operate two international routes from Kansai during the winter schedule, alongside the established Kansai-Taipei service.

From the start of the winter flight schedule on October 26, 2025, through March 28, 2026, the airline plans to maintain up to seven return flights per week, utilizing Airbus A320 aircraft.
