Awards Ceremony: The announcement was made during an awards ceremony on October 30 in Pasay City. Other acclaimed restaurants include:

Remarks: Michelin Guide’s international director, Gwendal Poullennec, emphasized the significance of Filipino cuisine, describing it as “bold, cherished, and deeply personal,” which reflects the country’s rich heritage and culinary innovations. He stated that the new generation of chefs, many under 30, is reshaping the future of modern Filipino cuisine, combining innovation with traditional flavors.
