After a triumphant season, UAE Team Emirates XRG has arrived in Dubai, marking their first stop at the Emirates Group Headquarters. Employees, many of whom are cycling fans, had the opportunity to interact with the team.

The team was led by Tadej Pogačar, the world number one in the UCI World Ranking and a four-time Tour de France champion, accompanied by João Almeida, ranked fifth globally, and riders Florian Vermeersch, Jay Vine, Johnatan Narváez, and Tim Wellens. The team’s CEO, Mauro Gianetti, was also in attendance, receiving a warm welcome from Sir Tim Clark, the President of Emirates Airline.

This visit came after a remarkable season where the team set a record for victories on the global cycling circuit. Interaction between Emirates employees and the riders celebrated the team’s significant achievements, highlighting the strong partnership between Emirates and UAE Team Emirates XRG. Emirates has been a co-title sponsor and supporter of the team since its inception in 2017 and renewed their partnership earlier this year.

To celebrate their successful season, the team is scheduled to take part in a community ride at Al Hudayriat Island on 30 October 2025.
