ANA and NCA to Start Shared Cargo Flights Linking Japan, Europe, and North America
ANA and NCA introduce codeshare operations for cargo flights, enhancing service connections between Japan and North America on October 26, 2025.
All Nippon Airways and Nippon Cargo Airlines will begin codeshare operations on cargo flights between Japan, Europe, and North America starting Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Under this agreement, ANA’s code will be applied to NCA’s Boeing 747 freighter services from Narita to major North American locations such as Chicago, New York, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Los Angeles, as well as to European cities including Amsterdam, Milan, and Frankfurt. Simultaneously, NCA’s code will be featured on ANA’s routes using Boeing 777 freighters from Narita to Chicago and Los Angeles.
This collaboration aims to expand the cargo network of the ANA Group, enhancing transportation capacity and improving convenience for customers by combining the strengths of both airlines.
ANA Holdings successfully acquired 100% of NCA’s shares as of August 1, 2025, thereby integrating ANA’s passenger network with its fleet of six Boeing 767 freighters and two Boeing 777 freighters along with NCA’s eight Boeing 747 freighters, advancing their capacity to handle large-scale cargo transport globally.
Looking forward, ANA and NCA plan to bolster their partnership to elevate the ANA Group’s cargo operations, ensuring competitive, efficient, and high-quality services that meet customer demands and endorse the group’s long-term growth.
