JW Marriott has officially unveiled its latest property, JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, located in Takanawa Gateway City—a new urban center in Tokyo. This opening is celebrated as a vital milestone in the hotel’s global expansion strategy.

Bruce Rohr, Vice-President and Global Brand Leader at JW Marriott, commented on the opening: “With the launch of this hotel, we will introduce the brand’s new Mindful Rooms & Suites concept in Asia, reaffirming our commitment to holistic well-being. This opening also proudly extends the brand’s legacy in Japan.”

The hotel offers a unique perspective, emphasizing tranquility and meaningful connections amidst its elegant Zen-inspired design. Conveniently accessible from Tokyo Haneda Airport and closer to major transport hubs, it features 200 guest rooms that capture stunning city views through expansive windows.

Additionally, the hotel is set to debut its innovative Mindful Rooms and Suites in December 2025, catering to guests seeking personalized, restorative experiences. The design, curated by Yabu Pushelberg, integrates nature-inspired elements, enhancing the serene atmosphere throughout the hotel.
