BWH Hotels has announced the appointment of Chad Fletcher as its Senior Vice-President of Worldwide Sales on Tuesday, October 21st. Reporting to BWH Hotels’ President and CEO, Larry Cuculic, Fletcher will lead the company’s global sales organization. His responsibilities will encompass business, group, and leisure travel, along with hotel sales support.

Cuculic praised Fletcher, stating, “Chad brings an incredible blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership that will help propel BWH Hotels through our next phase of growth. His experience transforming global sales organizations and understanding both business travelers and hotel owners positions him to drive value across our portfolio.”

Extensive Experience With over two decades in global sales and commercial strategy, Fletcher most recently served as Vice-President of Global Sales at Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy, achieving record revenue growth and strengthening partnerships. He has held senior roles at major hospitality brands, including Choice Hotels International and Avis Budget Group. Fletcher expressed excitement over joining BWH at a crucial time of transformation, stating, “The company is combining its strong legacy with a forward-looking approach to expansion, innovation, and brand evolution.
