The inaugural Singapore Hospitality & Tourism Conference (SHTC) 2025 takes place alongside ITB Asia. With nearly 700 immediate job opportunities offered by over 20 leading tourism companies, this event showcases the expanding career pathways available for future professionals as the sector grows and evolves.
These extensive job openings demonstrate the strength of the tourism sector, with Singapore’s total tourism workforce projected to grow by over 8% from June 2023 to June 2025. Currently, there are more than 5,000 job listings with approximately 6,700 vacancies available as reported by Workforce Singapore.
The upward trend is anticipated to continue, aided by the upcoming opening of over 1,500 new hotel rooms by the end of 2026, including properties like Mama Shelter and Hotel Waterloo Singapore. This expansion is set to create more job opportunities for aspiring professionals.
