Since mid-September 2025, Air China has partnered with GIC International Catering (GIC), an experienced provider of customized in-flight catering at Frankfurt Airport, known for serving 21 airlines. This collaboration focuses on offering catering for flights from Frankfurt to Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, with a promise of quality meals that blend European and Chinese culinary practices.

Menu Highlights:

• Tender beef fillet accompanied by roasted potatoes, buttered snow peas, and thyme demi-glace.
• Aromatic Kung Pao chicken served with vegetables and rice.
