Milestone Achieved: ATOAI and MOT Successfully Conduct Responsible Adventure Tourism Course in Darjeeling

The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism celebrates the successful completion of the Responsible Adventure Tourism Guide Course in Darjeeling.

The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and the Indian Institute of Travel & Tourism Management (IITTM), has successfully completed the second edition of the Responsible Adventure Tourism Guide Course (RATG), held in Darjeeling from January 15 to January 18, 2025.

This initiative, led by the Ministry of Tourism alongside ATOAI, demonstrates a commitment to improving the quality and safety measures in adventure tourism throughout India. The training aims to cultivate safer, sustainable, responsible, and gender-inclusive practices in the industry.
