Initially, this collaboration centered on the integration of Atiom’s innovative solutions across Accor’s network. Since 2022, the deployment has included 25 Accor brands, featuring esteemed luxury names such as Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel. Additionally, lifestyle brands under Ennismore in Southeast Asia have recently adopted Atiom’s technological offerings.
Utilizing Atiom’s AI Assistant, hotel operational teams can access tools to streamline their tasks, including daily training, AI tutoring modules, and skills practice, ultimately enhancing customer experience. By implementing Atiom’s gamified learning platform, brands from Accor strive to better engage their employees and introduce new learning opportunities that enable staff to enhance their performance and overall morale.
Conversely, Accor aims to allocate the time saved by these digital tools back into fostering meaningful human connections with customers, significantly improving the ALL Accor loyalty program experience.
