
Avolon’s Financial Update for Q3-2025
Global aviation finance firm Avolon has released its third quarterly update for this year, spanning the period from 1st July to 30th September.
According to the report, Avolon has acquired 17 aircraft, sold 15 aircraft, and concluded the quarter with 60 aircraft agreed for sale. The company has also entered multiple letters of intent for the purchase and lease of ten aircraft, while placing eight aircraft from its order book. Consequently, Avolon ended Q3-2025 with 99 percent of its order book filled for the next 24 months.
Other quarterly developments:
- Avolon placed an order with Airbus for 90 new aircraft, including 75 A321neo and 15 A330neo aircraft.
- Deliveries of the new aircraft are scheduled from now until 2033.
- The company raised US$2.2 billion in unsecured funding and completed the repayment of US$829 million of existing secured debt, alongside a US$1 billion tender offer, thus enhancing the duration and proportion of unsecured debt in its capital structure.
Avolon concluded the quarter with an owned, managed, and committed fleet of 1,159 aircraft, which includes orders and commitments for 522 new technology aircraft.
