Air India integrates its sales operations with Air India Express, appointing Manish Puri to lead the unified global sales team.

Air India group has announced the integration of the sales teams for Air India and Air India Express aimed at enhancing business efficiency and better engagement with the travel industry.

This initiative introduces a unified sales approach that will represent the entire Air India Group for both domestic and international markets. The newly merged team will be managed by Manish Puri, who is elevated to the role of Head of Global Sales. Puri will guide the consolidated sales strategy, focusing on strengthening partnerships with trade stakeholders and ensuring seamless representation for both airlines.

Nipun Aggarwal, the Chief Commercial Officer at Air India, expressed that this integration represents a remarkable step towards simplifying operations and delivering higher value to their partners, promising a smooth contact point for all partners involved. The strategic alignment aims to create a more agile commercial organization while guaranteeing consistent and reliable experiences within the airline network.
