Saudi Tourism Launches Roadshow Across Three Indian Cities

The initiative aims to strengthen trade relations and promote Saudi Arabia's expanding tourism offerings, especially for leisure and business sectors.

Saudi Tourism is excited to reveal its upcoming three-city roadshow scheduled from September 15 to 19, 2025. This extensive event emphasizes Saudi Tourism’s dedication to strengthening its ties with the Indian market, recognized as a vital source for leisure and business tourism.

The roadshow, spanning six days and covering Hyderabad (September 15), Ahmedabad (September 17), and Delhi (September 19), is expected to enhance engagement with local industry partners. It aims to establish a competitive advantage and optimize the significant role of travel trade in supporting Saudi Arabia’s visitor economy under the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030.

This tour will serve as a platform for Saudi Tourism stakeholders to engage directly with prominent Indian travel agencies, fostering strategic alliances to position Saudi Arabia as a prime travel destination for Indian travelers.

Launching in mid-September, the roadshow will introduce exciting new Winter Season offerings, accentuating Saudi’s expanding leisure services and attractions for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and wedding tourism. Furthermore, it follows the international introduction of the ‘Unreal Calendar’ campaign by Saudi Tourism, featuring football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7). This campaign is expected to resonate in key markets including Europe, China, and India, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s vibrant entertainment scene.

Accompanying the initiative will be over 14 leading Saudi suppliers, including DMCs, DMOs, and airlines, who will showcase the nation’s stunning attractions, from cultural heritage sites to diverse landscapes and entertainment events.

This event will also be a crucial opportunity to exchange insights on Saudi’s diverse tourism offerings, keeping pace with developments while strengthening collaborative ties with key industry players. The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s vision to establish itself as a preferred destination for Indian travelers looking for authentic experiences.

With India being a priority market, Saudi Tourism envisions immense potential for growth, given the economic expansion, increasing middle class, enhanced air connectivity, and a youthful population eager to travel, alongside the proximity to Saudi Arabia.
