Thailand Establishes Itself as a Prime Global Events Destination with Forbes Under 30 Summit Asia

The event showcases Thailand's commitment to hosting international conferences and inspiring young innovators.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), in partnership with leading organizations, proudly supported the Forbes Under 30 Summit Asia from September 10th to 12th. This event, held in Bangkok, reinforced Thailand’s growing status as a global hub for international conferences and creative exchanges, attracting some of Asia’s most influential under-30 entrepreneurs and innovators from diverse sectors.

Nithee Seeprae, TAT deputy governor for marketing communications stated: “Hosting the Forbes Under 30 Summit Asia reflects Thailand’s readiness to deliver world-class events and to inspire the next generation of leaders. By showcasing Thailand’s soft power through our 5 Must-Do Experiences, we offer participants an unforgettable experience while advancing the country’s position as a global event destination.”

The summit, themed Jumpstarting the Future, featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities focused on topics like artificial intelligence, sustainability, and innovation. A Discovery Area showcased breakthrough products and ideas from Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honorees, displaying innovations like a bionic arm, AI-powered wearable cameras, and electric motorcycles.

Among the notable speakers were Andy Chan, co-founder of Qupital; Rashid Khan, Chief Executive of Yellow AI; Sasha Tan, founder of The Brand Shaper; and Dan Ash, co-founder of Grw AI. Additionally, Singaporean rapper-entrepreneur Yung Raja shared personal insights at the nexus of entertainment and business, adding diversity to the event. Culinary showcases were conducted by Ardy Ferguson, a chef with Forbes 30 Under 30, along with Vinesh Johny, founder of the Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts.

The event also included live performances by up-and-coming Asian artists like Pavithra Chari and Shazza.
