TAP Air Portugal carried 16.1 million passengers in 2024, a 1.6% increase from the previous year. The airlines with the largest increase were on North American routes, accounting for 1.59 million people – an 8.9% rise compared to 2023. The airline recorded 1.03 million passengers on UK routes, up 6.1% from the previous year.

The airline also noted a record-breaking increase for flights from Europe to Brazil, surpassing 2 million passengers, which is a 7.1% increase compared to 2023.

Overall, the load factor for all TAP routes reached 82.3%, which is 1.5 percentage points higher than in 2023.
