Nok Air to Reintroduce Flights Between Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangkok

Nok Air is set to resume its direct flights from Mumbai and Hyderabad to Bangkok, significantly enhancing its presence in the Indian market.

Thai low-cost carrier Nok Air has announced the resumption of direct flights from Mumbai and Hyderabad to Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok starting from October 26 this year.

The reintroduction of these routes reflects the airline’s commitment to the Indian market after a temporary suspension during the summer.

Ramesh Marwah, director of DEX Group, expressed excitement about the restart, stating:

“We are excited to restart Nok Air’s India–Thailand services just in time for the upcoming peak season. The relaunch adds great value for leisure travelers and holidaymakers. We will focus on close collaborations with trade partners, OTAs, and industry federations like TAAI, TAFI, and OTOAI to drive awareness and bookings. There is tremendous potential in the MICE, wedding, and golf tourism segments from India to Thailand, and we remain committed to supporting these key verticals.”

Flight Schedules

Nok Air will operate daily flights from Mumbai, with Flight DD939 departing at 02:10 and arriving at 08:05 in Bangkok. The return flight (DD938) leaves Bangkok at 22:10, landing in Mumbai at 01:10 the next day.

For the Hyderabad route, flights will be available four times weekly—on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays—departing at 00:45 and reaching Bangkok at 06:05. The return (DD958) will depart Bangkok at 21:30 and arrive in Hyderabad at 23:45 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

This relaunch coincides with the winter travel season and aims to enhance connectivity for travelers seeking leisure and cultural experiences in Thailand.
