Financial Highlights
- Total revenue saw an increase of 12.1%, reaching USD 658.2 million compared to USD 587.2 million in H1 2024.
- EBITDAR rose by 24.1%, totaling USD 157.0 million, with an improved EBITDAR margin of 23.9%.

According to Peter Foster, CEO of Air Astana:
“We continue to perform strongly with rising revenues and improved margins in H1, driving growth of 24.1 percent in EBITDAR and 132 percent in PAT, underpinned by increased capacity and traffic.” Translation: “Our strong performance, highlighted by revenue growth, reflects our strategies in managing yield and utilizing our central location effectively.”
Moreover, Air Astana has expanded its fleet to 61 aircraft, consisting exclusively of Airbus A320 family and Boeing 767s. The airline is optimistic about its positioning for the upcoming summer season, launching 20 new routes in H1 2025.
