Luxury travel’s most iconic event returns to Las Vegas this month

Scheduled for August 9 to 15, the Virtuoso signature event, known as the Fashion Week of Travel, will take place across four venues: Bellagio Resort & Casino, ARIA Resort & Casino, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Vdara Hotel & Spa.

The event will unite thousands of influential agencies, advisors, and travel companies from over 105 countries. It promises to deliver engaging speakers, world-class entertainment, and significant development opportunities.

A focus on human connection

Virtuoso Travel Week is designed to promote relationships and the sharing of innovative ideas to enhance the travel experience and strengthen sales prospects. This year features over 40% more matched appointments between advisors and preferred partners, along with options for personalized networking experiences.

What’s new for 2025?

Two new initiatives, Themed Connects and Mindfulness Rooms, will foster connections within specific niches, such as LGBTQ+ travel and luxury golf. Mindfulness Rooms will provide spaces for relaxation and emotional well-being during the busy week.

Notable guests and highlights

The opening session will feature Will Guidara, sharing insights from his book Unreasonable Hospitality. Other guest highlights include Joel Jackson as the gala master of ceremonies, along with entertainment from Leslie Odom Jr.. A special Tech Summit will explore advancements in travel technology, with a projected attendance of 500 this year.
