Allen Howden Takes Leadership at The Westin Yokohama

The Westin Yokohama has announced the appointment of Allen Howden as general manager, bringing a wealth of experience to the role.

The Westin Yokohama, a next-generation lifestyle hotel aimed at wellness, has officially appointed Allen Howden as its new general manager as of July 22. Howden, a UK citizen, is renowned for his authenticity and visionary leadership in the hospitality industry. He stated:

With over 25 years of international experience across various continents, Howden has previously held significant positions within the Marriott International group, including serving as the general manager at The St. Regis Singapore. There, he achieved record-high guest satisfaction and was honored with the Travel + Leisure “General Manager of the Year” award for two years in succession, in both 2023 and 2024.
