IDeaS Collaborates with Ayala Land Hospitality

This strategic partnership aims to enhance revenue and modernize operations within Ayala Land's expanding hospitality offerings.

IDeaS has officially partnered with Ayala Land Hospitality (ALH), the hotel management branch of Ayala Land Inc. This collaboration is designed to leverage world-leading hospitality revenue management software to advance ALH’s transformation strategy, empowering its hotel and resort portfolio in the Philippines.

ALH’s President and CEO George Aquino stated, “Partnering with IDeaS supports our long-term vision of building a more intelligent, responsive, and performance-driven hospitality organization. As we scale across diverse market segments and geographies, we need systems that help us make better decisions faster.

Jurgen Ortlee, IDeaS’ Managing Director in the Asia-Pacific region, remarked: “We’re proud to be part of Ayala Land Hospitality’s transformative journey. Their vision for modern, data-driven hospitality aligns with our mission to empower the industry with intelligent solutions that deliver meaningful impact.

Following a rigorous evaluation, ALH chose the IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) to enhance pricing, forecasting, and operational efficiencies across its brands, including Seda Hotels and El Nido Resorts. This technology enables ALH to dynamically adjust to market conditions, increasing profitability and allowing teams to prioritize strategic, guest-focused initiatives.

This initiative is part of a broader set of strategic investments that ALH is making to enhance its commercial strategies through digital upgrades, guest experience innovations, and loyalty programs.
