Bvlgari Launches Its First Mansion in Bodrum

Bvlgari has unveiled its inaugural mansion in Bodrum, heralding a new era of luxury real estate in the region.

Once a serene hideaway for creatives, Bodrum has swiftly emerged as one of the Mediterranean’s prime luxury hotspots. Here, opulent superyachts linger beside sun-kissed hills while prestigious hospitality brands vie for a presence. With its mixture of ancient landmarks, azure seas, and the surging demand for upscale accommodation, Bodrum is solidifying its status as a shining gem in Turkey’s hospitality landscape.

Marking a significant milestone, Bvlgari has introduced its first mansion in Bodrum, set to welcome private viewings ahead of the complete resort’s unveiling in 2027. The initial Bvlgari Mansion Bodrum is part of the eagerly awaited Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum, providing an exclusive preview of what promises to be one of the region’s most lavish living spaces.

This estate signifies Bvlgari’s debut in Bodrum’s high-end real estate market, showcasing both style and elegance. Designed by renowned architects ACPV ARCHITECTS, led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, this newly completed six-bedroom mansion encapsulates a striking blend of Italian sophistication reflected through the vibrant lens of the Turkish Riviera.

With breathtaking views of the sea and expansive living areas between 850 to 2,800 square meters, the mansion resembles less of a residence and more of a contemporary palace. Its design includes a lofty living room, a refined dining space, and a private gym, all adorned with curated furnishings and art that harmonize Bvlgari’s Italian design roots with modern Turkish artistry. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds house a private beach, an infinity pool, an elegant lounge area with a fireplace, and a special dining venue ideal for al fresco dining under the stars. While privacy reigns, comfort remains paramount with advanced smart systems integrated into the architecture, ensuring convenience without compromising on serenity.
