Málaga is preparing for another summer filled with flavors and elegance at the notable restaurant of José Carlos García, located near the port. This venue has become essential for food and wine enthusiasts, presenting a sophisticated tapas menu perfectly paired with the iconic cuvées of Laurent-Perrier, a prestigious champagne house.

With privileged views of the Mediterranean, García’s terrace combines the essence of local Andalusian produce with touches of innovation and modernity. Among the delights offered are such dishes as shrimp with cilantro sprouts, scallop tartlet with beetroot and honey, fritters with sour cream and caviar Antonius, crayfish ravioli with foie sauce, and a variety of artisanal cheeses from Málaga. For dessert lovers, there are options like egg yolks with yogurt and citrus, hazelnut chocolate with Ferrero ice cream, and raspberry sorbet.

The champagne selection is also noteworthy. Guests can indulge in a careful selection from Laurent-Perrier, featuring the classic Brut La Cuvée, the rosé Cuvée Rosé, the elegant Millésimé 2015, and the Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, with no added sugars. A new addition for the season is the Heritage Brut, a brut champagne made 100% from reserve wines using grapes from the finest Crus, half of which are Grand Crus, and noted for its complexity and freshness.
