Well & Come Chain Chooses Málaga for Its Second Hotel in Spain

The Well & Come hotel chain expands in Málaga, focusing on quality tourism and local experiences.

The Well & Come hotel chain, rooted in Barcelona and characterized by its family spirit, has opened its second property in Málaga, reinforcing its commitment to the city as a premium tourism destination with a local touch. This new hotel, located in the historic center, merges artistic design, comfort, and a community-centric vision. With 49 rooms, a spa, wellness area, private parking, a rooftop pool, and a terrace aiming to blend exclusivity with accessibility, the hotel seeks to become a gathering place for both visitors and locals.

The terrace, open daily from 19:00 to 23:30, invites Málaga residents and tourists to enjoy cocktails, good music, and stunning views of the Málaga sky in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. “We want this hotel to be for those who live in Málaga too, not just for visitors,” state the García Daza family, the founders. “The terrace is designed for locals to feel part of the project, unwind, connect, and appreciate their city from a fresh perspective.”

Founded by the García Daza family, who are now in their third generation in the hospitality sector, the Well & Come chain opened its first urban hotel in Barcelona in 2016. This hotel is noted for its focus on design, service quality, and guest experience. Additionally, its passion for art is reflected in a personal art collection and works by prominent Spanish artists, many created by the owners’ mother, Atachi Daza, which adorn every corner of the hotel. Interior designer and co-owner, Lorena García Daza, brings a warm Mediterranean feel to the spaces.

Choosing Málaga for their second opening coincides with a time of significant growth in tourism, culture, and economy in the city. Málaga has established itself as one of the most sought-after destinations in Southern Europe, thanks to its vibrant culture, high quality of life, and welcoming spirit, aligning perfectly with the values of Well & Come. The García Daza family maintains selective growth, focusing on owning hotels built on specifically acquired properties. They are currently exploring new locations both in the province of Málaga and in other cities across Spain and Portugal, intending to expand their boutique hotel concept that embodies artistry, hospitality, and a unique identity.
