Kasada Capital Will Oversee Morocco's New Tourism Fund

Kasada Capital aims to boost Morocco's tourism and hospitality sector by managing a newly established fund.

Kasada Capital was recently selected by Morocco’s Mohammed VI Investment Fund as the fund manager for a new tourism fund.

In a statement issued on Thursday, July 17th, officials from Kasada highlighted that they recognized Morocco’s immense potential for investment in sustainable hospitality projects.

Demonstrating their commitment, Kasada Capital has established an office in Casablanca to manage local operations.

Their statement read: “We are proud to have been chosen alongside 13 other fund management companies by The Mohammed VI Investment Fund as co-investors to manage various thematic and sectoral investment vehicles, which will contribute to the Moroccan economy. This initiative aims to foster greater innovation, resilience, and job creation, with tourism as a key strategic sector.”

The company also noted its intention to significantly enhance the Moroccan hospitality industry, pursuing investments that will foster development and create sustainable jobs across all areas of hospitality, from budget accommodations to luxury and lifestyle offerings.
