Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary to Host A Wellness Retreat Focusing on Yoga and Meditation

The Bhutan Yoga, Sound & Meditation Retreat offers guests a chance to rejuvenate in a serene environment while practicing yoga and meditation.

Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary in partnership with the Kalm Wellbeing from the UK invites visitors to a holistic retreat from October 19th to 24th. Participants will experience a range of activities designed to promote wellness through Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, vocal empowerment, and ancient Bhutanese healing practices. Led by the esteemed teacher Kathryn McCusker, this immersive six-day retreat encourages individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery, renewal, and balance.

Nestled in the picturesque Neyphu Valley, just a short distance from Paro International Airport, the Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary is the country’s only five-star resort focusing on wellness.
